Alloy resistance features: low resistance, high precision, low temperature coefficient, impulse current resistance, high power and so on.

Alloy resistance material: The mainstream alloy resistance is the chip type alloy resistance. The main material of the alloy is copper, and other materials become constantan, manganese copper and so on. There are many other auxiliary materials, but the main properties are determined by the alloy material itself.
The temperature coefficient of the alloy resistance is generally small, but because the temperature coefficient of the block resistance is very low, such as 5PPM/℃, 10PPM/℃ and other resistance resistance temperature change is very small, the resistance value is stable and reliable, so the price is more expensive than the thick film resistance. Therefore, in the case of high temperature coefficient and accuracy requirements, the resistance of the film process is generally used, and the resistance of the thick film process can be used. Resistance alloys and thin film resistors are the most widely used in the precision resistance market, and the resistance range selected is larger than the winding resistance and foil resistance, and the price is cheap.
When a resistor and another electronic device such as a light bulb are in series in the power supply circuit, the DC voltage of the resistor and the DC voltage of the lamp are the same, and the sum of the current flow through the resistor and the current flow through the lamp is equivalent to the total current flow through the resistor and the lamp. At this time, this resistance plays the role of shunt.
From the point of view of the temperature coefficient, the temperature coefficient of the alloy resistance is generally small, the resistance value is low, and it is generally used in various instrument panels, medical machinery, switching power supplies, electronic products, electronic devices and electronic products.
