1. Formulated product sales strategies and industry expansion plans according to the company's business development needs and market characteristics;
2. Establishment and management of regional sales team

Job requirements
1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years in the same position (sales manager/director) power electronic components sales experience, familiar with new energy vehicles, photovoltaic, energy storage, charging pile, industrial power, PD fast charge and other markets (similar customer resources are preferred);
2, have a certain industry customer resources, familiar with the development and maintenance of major customers, and familiar with the main customers and competitors in the industry;
3, strong market analysis, planning and analysis of overall management ability, keen market insight and judgment;
4, have a keen market awareness, adaptability, logic, good communication and negotiation skills;
